NISX.com is owned, operated and made available by Net Information Services Ltd (‘NISX’). In addition NISX incorporates numerous ‘Directory’ sites, which are a series of individual registered domain names providing information. The ‘Directory’ web sites are individual sites owned by D. A. Hardaker and/or NISX and displayed under the NISX web site, however, with a URL and link of the particular ‘Directory’ name and suffix.

The Directory offers information as purely informative and any uses of the site are offered without obligations from NISX.

The information is given under good faith and neither Net Information Services Ltd, NISX, D. A. Hardaker nor the respective ‘Directory,’ owned by any of the aforementioned parties, give any guarantee as to the accuracy and correctness of the details. Any changes or deletion will be carried out on request by any business that wishes information on their business to be removed or amended.

Where NISX is referred, this incorporates the conditions for all the aforementioned names, marks and trade names.

Save as provided below, no materials from NISX.com may be copied, downloaded, reproduced, broadcast, shown or played in public, republished, uploaded, posted, stored, transmitted or distributed in any way or adapted or changed in any way.

Subject to applicable third-party content-providers' licences, you may electronically copy and print in hard copy, portions of NISX.com for your personal use only. 10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England. NISX controls NISX.com from within the country of England. It can, however, be accessed from other places around the world. Although these places may have different laws from those of England, by accessing NISX.com you agree that the laws of England, without regard to rules relating to conflict of laws, will apply to all matters relating to your use of NISX.com. You and NISX also agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts, with respect to such matters. Users of NISX.com accessing it from places outside of England acknowledge that they do so voluntarily and are responsible for complying with local laws .
